Karl is a Seasoned healthcare executive with over 30 years’ experience including Head of Investor Relations, Member of an Investment Committee of a Pension Fund and Corporate ESG activities respectively for Roche, Novartis and Aventis.

Karl founded Germany’s largest Cancer Research Clinic in Freiburg i. Brsg. and created two Joint Ventures in China as General Manager.

Rewarded for Investor oriented focus, Karl has a global investors network and recently elected as the first member in the Hall of Fame of Global Executives in the Financial Industry by Institutional Investor. 

Karl holds a PhD in Mathematical Economics from Freiburg University.
