Previously, Tobias Verlende founded a successful Tech focused M&A boutique in Germany few years ago.

Tobias is very keen on working with innovative companies & entrepreneurs in the Cleantech, Biotech, HealthTech, Foodtech and Logistictech sectors. Previously, Tobias worked as an M&A lawyer (German and UK qualified) in London and Hamburg 

Tobias holds a L.L.M from University of London & Cologne and a MBA from European College of Business & Management.
