Asklepios Advisors, a leading healthcare focused investment bank dedicated to growth companies, today announces the appointment of two new analysts , Lola Marcellin and Vincent Balazut.

The Asklepios team, sees these latest additions to the team as an important step to grow its footprint in the Healthcare M&A and growth financing environment in Europe.
Lola worked for a Boutique Financial Advisory where she focused on covering financing and M&A transactions for healthcare & technology companies. Earlier, she was a Venture Capital Analyst at 5M Ventures and Financial Analyst for an International Consulting firm with a focus on business modeling & market research.
Lola holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a degree from Göteborg University in Sweden and a MSc in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon.
Vincent was in the Healthcare investment banking part of Apparius Corporate finance & Smart Entrepreneurs team where he originated & executed financing and M&A transactions with a particular focus on Medical Devices, Technology and Industrials field. Earlier, he was a Private Equity Analyst at MBO & Co. and Bee Up Capital 5M with a focus on small & midcap investments.
Vincent holds a MSc in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon & a Master Degree in Finance & Risk Management from IAE Grenoble in France.
