Supporting the due diligence process up to management presentations to investors and data room materials.
Developing negotiation tactics & deal structure. Building an Investor pool for Capital Raising.
Leading negotiations alongside the Client's interest for completing the transaction.
Finalizing the transaction: Buyers makes payment & Sellers complete handover.
