Lola Marcelin et Vincent Balazut : Paris ,20 Octobre 2023<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Asklepios team, sees these latest additions to the team as an important step to grow its footprint in the Healthcare M&A and growth financing environment in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lola worked for a Boutique Financial Advisory where she focused on covering financing and M&A transactions for healthcare & technology companies. Earlier, she was a Venture Capital Analyst at 5M Ventures and Financial Analyst for an International Consulting firm with a focus on business modeling & market research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lola holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montr\u00e9al, a degree from G\u00f6teborg University in Sweden and a MSc in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Vincent was in the Healthcare investment banking part of Apparius Corporate finance & Smart Entrepreneurs team where he originated & executed financing and M&A transactions with a particular focus on Medical Devices, Technology and Industrials field.
